Import this into your python script thus:

# the first parameter is the medium type (0 for text,1 for stablediffusion), the second is (optional on commandline and) the length of the negative prompt from 0..3
statement = artprompt.artprompt(1, 1)

You can test it from the command line thus:

python -c 'import artprompt ; print (artprompt.artprompt(0, 1))'

or
